Linking up with Trish for Wordless Wednesday
Looks like you got the total Bathurst experience right there! Lots of fun, no doubt!
We did indeed get the total experience!
What a great experience for the whole family. I’m not into motor racing it looks like it was good fun!
It was a wonderful family affair!
That is so cool. I LOVE motor racing – the Grand Prix is my most fav sport to watch. I bet you all needed earplugs. I remember how loud it is when the cars came past. xx
I love hearing from fellow lovers! Only the little man needed ear plugs. It was so fun!
what fabulous photos and I am sure a fabulous day for your family
Thank you Tamara, it was great. We love going as a family.
Looks like it was fun for everyone! I never thought of it as a family event, but yours look like they had a ball 🙂
It definitely can be a family event. We stay away from the top, where it seems to be less family friendly and never have had an issue!
I have to say I have never seen Bathurst as a family event but your photos show otherwise. Hubby does have Bathurst on his list of things he wants to do.
You guys should go! I am sure your hubby would love it and it’s certainly great for families. My kids love it and can’t get enough!
I’m so jealous you got to go to Bathurst and met Craig. He’s my favourite driver (not much of a fan of Jamie though cos he’s too arrogant).
We meet Craig every year. My 7 year old only has eyes for him! I’ll have to disagree with you on Jamie, though, I think he’s such a nice guy.
Those last 20 minutes – WTF – nail biting – bet it was amazing being there! x
I was literally on the edge of my seat. It was amazing and oh-so-long. We were there from 5am!
OH wow what an experience! The Bathurst 1000 race would be so cool to see, was it really loud?
I used to live near Woodford QLD and worked in the Tuckshop one footy night – and got to serve Craig Lance – it was so very cool to see him in person, so down to earth guy.
It’s one of our favourite things to do as a family. It is really loud but you get some respite as they head away from you.
Craig is such an awesome guy. So nice. We go see him every year.
